Football Victory Bowl

		The NCCAA is awarding the Victory Bowl Invitational banner to Warner University for 2016. The Royals achieved a record-breaking season at 8-2 and met all the standards for inclusion as the top seed in the annual contest. Due to NCAA DII, NCAA DIII, or NAIA advancement by three potential opponents, and the failure of several programs in meeting their institutional requirements for participation, no qualified opponent from within the NCCAA membership was available to compete. "This is truly a first time situation and demands a unique solution relative to Warner and their team. A default declaration of Warner as the champion of the Victory Bowl Invitational is fair to Warner and has no detrimental impact on other NCCAA football programs," stated Dan Wood, NCCAA Executive Director. "We will begin to research alternatives to future challenges such as this," added Wood. Congratulations to Warner University on a great season!
