John Moon, sophomore center from Crescent, OK, was outstanding as the Oklahoma Christian Eagles posted a road win against Dallas Baptist (a team battling for a playoff spot) and played Heartland Conference power Rogers State tough before stunning Arkansas-Fort Smith. Against Dallas Baptist, Moon made a critical steal in the final seconds and hit two clinching free throws to secure the 96-91 win. He nearly had a double-double against Rogers State, then led the Eagles in scoring in an 87-85 win over UAFS, a game during which OC led for more than 36 minutes. He also was a force defensively, recording six blocked shots in the three games. Moon also earned 59 pts, 21 rbs, 4 steals, and 4 assists on the 2-1 week.
