Gonzalo Sapena, Campbellsville University
Gonzalo Sapena, junior goalkeeper from Asuncion, Paraguay, shutout the sixth-ranked Cumberland Bulldogs on Friday afternoon to seal at least a share of the Mid-South Conference regular season title for the first time in program history. Gonzalo recorded four saves in the CU win and recorded his sixth shutout of the season. The Tigers play UPIKE on Monday night and a win would give them the outright championship.
