Jacob Russell, senior from Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, picked apart Reinhardt's secondary in the Tigers 70-56 victory to clinch the Mid-South Conference West Title.   The 70 total points scored by Campbellsville is a program record.  It was previously set at Bethel this season with 69. Also, the most ever points scored at Finley Stadium was 64 in 2000 against Kentucky Wesleyan. Russell finished with a career-high seven passing touchdowns and added another on the ground. The seven TD passes broke his own single-game record of six which was set earlier in the season against No. 3 Faulkner. Russell finished with a total of 472 yards, which broke his single-game record of 468 yards set against UPIKE. Russell ranks No. 1 in the NAIA averaging 352.7 passing yards per game, total offense (3,954), yards per game (395.4), and total passing yards (3,527). He is also the fifth-best passer in the country when it comes to efficiency rating (165.0).
