Nick Tate, senior guard from Sand Springs, Oklahoma, was extremely instrumental in helping the No. 15-ranked Mid-America Christian University Evangels extend their winning streak to six games with an average of 22.5 points per game and 11.5 rebounds per game in the two victories this past week. Tate had a double-double of 18 points and career-high 14 rebounds in the win over Oklahoma City University and then 27 points and 9 boards to lead a 105-96 victory at St. Gregory's University. Tate leads the Evangels this season in both points (17.8 points per game) and rebounds (7.4 rebounds per game).
