Sophomore sprinter Chelsea Hayward continued her record breaking season at Cornell’s Kane Invitational on Saturday. Hayward, a native of Litchfield, Connecticut, broke her own program record in the 60m with a winning time of 7.76 seconds against 24 other runners. Hayward did the same in the 200m, winning the event with another program record of 25.49 seconds vs. 29 other participants. Hayward’s times for the 60m and 200m are both ranked No. 1 in the NCCAA.
