Pearllan Cipriano played #2 seed against NCAA II Barton and Mount Olive, defeating both opponents in singles. Cipriano, a freshman from Taunton, United Kingdom, defeated her Barton opponent 6-2, 6-4 and her Mount Olive opponent 6-2, 6-3. Cipriano also earned a doubles point on Friday against the Trojans winning 8-7 (12-10).
