Andrew Wilson, sophomore guard from Bluefield College, against the third ranked (NAIA Men's Basketball Preseason Coaches’ Poll) Tigers of Georgetown (Ky.) scored 21 points on 5-of-8 shooting from 3-point land while providing five assists and grabbing three rebounds in the Rams 96-89 win in their Mid-South Conference debut. The 5-foot-7 guard followed that performance up two days later with a career-high 29 points while playing every minute against St. Catharine. In that career game BC improved to 2-0 in the MSC with an 84-74 victory and moved atop the MSC after being selected in the conference's preseason coaches’ poll to finish last. The Cucamonga, Calif., native also provided six assists and three rebounds in Bluefield's victory over the Patriots.
