Tiphani Napier batted .353 with 12 RBI’s this past week, including a school single-game record (as an NAIA school) 7 runs driven in to power a 10-1 victory over Southwestern Assemblies of God University. The junior from Ardmore, Oklahoma hit a pair of 3-run homers in the game and also an RBI double. Napier then drove home two more runs to help the Lady Evangels defeat Texas Wesleyan University 5-2 to salvage a doubleheader split. Napier is now fourth on the team in hitting (.327) and second in RBI’s (27).
