Emily Sechrist won the overall title and led her team to a repeat championship in their home event, the Oklahoma Baptist University Invitational. Sechrist, a sophomore from Hillsboro, Kansas, beat out 137 other runners in a time of 18:18.81 with an average mile of 5:54 in this 5k race.
