Emily Sechrist, a sophomore from Hillsboro, Kansas, placed 2nd out of 114 runners in the Great American Conference Championship to earn First-Team All-Conference honors. Sechrist finished in a time of 18:02.75 in the 5k race with an average mile of 5:49.
