On Friday, he was part of OC's winning distance medley relay team, running the anchor leg as the Eagles held off Missouri Southern to win the race in 10:30.99. On Saturday, he won the mile in 4:16.26, more than six seconds ahead of the runner-up from Dallas Baptist (Texas). In the 800 meters, he led in the stretch before being caught at the wire, but still finished second in 1:57.41, .06 behind the winner.
