Sophomore Quinton Walker propelled the Bears into the Midwest Christian College Conference Tournament Championship game last week. The Paris, Texas native went 24-of-39 (61.5%) from the field, scoring 21 points and grabbing 5.3 rebounds per game in the tournament. In the championship game, Walker had 25 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists to give NCCAA DII No. 2 Manhattan Christian College (MCC) a scare, but MCC secured the championship 103-89.
