Carsyn Koch, a junior from Washburn, Maine, earned 3 first place finishes at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (GMAC) Championship, helping Cedarville University win the title. Koch finished the 400m in 56.79, the 800m in 2:12.94, and the 1500m in 4:35.43. She ranks No. 1 this season in the NCCAA in all 3 events for previous best times. Koch was named the 2017 GMAC Women’s Track Athlete of the Year.
