Junior Megan DeWeerd finished in 1st place at the Benedictine Eagle Invitational with a time of 21:52. The Sioux Falls, South Dakota native outran 182 other runners in the 6k race in a light rain. DeWeerd’s time set a new school record by 51 seconds.
