Sophomore Tiyoshi Hopes won both the high jump and long jump at McMurry University’s War Hawks Classic. The native of Abilene, Texas broke the 15-year old school record in the high-jump, clearing 2.14m and currently has the No. 1 mark in the NCCAA. Hopes had a distance of 7.16m in the long jump which is the third best distance in the NCCAA this season.
