Alexis Sponable, a sophomore from Middleville, Michigan, led the Sabercats to a 1-0 win over Lakeland University with an 83rd minute winner. Sponable then scored twice in the Sabercats’ 6-1 win over North Central University. She finished the week with 7 shots and 3 shots-on-goal as the team went 2-1-0 on the week.
