Milika Tuivanuavou, senior from Fresno Pacific University, set a new personal best in the triple jump (42' 2.25"), taking first out of 37 participants in the event to highlight a long, successful day for Fresno Pacific at one of the largest meets of the year, the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational. The jump re-broke the Fijian national record and the FPU school record, each set by Tuivanuavou earlier this season. She also finished 6th out of 54 competitors in the javelin (126' 3"). Her score for triple jump was 1st in the NCCAA and 3rd for Javelin.
