Lauren Tipton led the Golden Tornadoes to a 1-1 week, averaging an impressive 31 points and 18 rebounds. In an 86-53 win over Thiel College Tipton broke the school’s single-game scoring record finishing with 40 points, while also grabbing 27 rebounds, second most in school history. In a close loss to Bethany College she was one rebound short of another double double as she recorded 23 points and 9 rebounds.
