Lindsay Honea, junior from Point Loma Nazarene University, set the Pacific West Conference meet record with 4880 points in the heptathlon. Lindsay won all seven events while set personal records in four of the seven events this weekend en route to a career-best score in the hep. She was 972 points ahead of the second place competitor. She also added a third place finish in the women's 400m hurdles (1:03.79), and seventh in both the javelin and the long jump. She ended the weekend with 19.5 team points to help the Sea Lions finish third at the meet. Lindsay’s performance also ranked 3rd in the NCCAA.
