Heather Plastow won the 1000m and took fifth in the mile at the Warrior Invite. Her time of 3:07.31 in the 1000m was five seconds faster than her closest competitor. Plastow’s time of 5:11.77 in the mile is No. 4 in the NCCAA and No. 8 in the NAIA this season.
