Martim Cardoso began his Lancer career in spectacular fashion, scoring four goals in a pair of wins. He had the game-winning goal in each of Grace’s games. Against Lawrence Tech, Grace faced a 1-0 deficit into the second half before two straight goals from Cardoso lifted the Lancers to an eventual 3-1 victory.
