Marelly Balentina completed in three throwing events at the VMU Spring Break Invitational scoring in all three for a total of 20 of the teams 30 points. Balentine placed first in javelin with a distance of 35.52 meters, third in shot put with a distance of 11.18 meters, and sixth in discuss with a distance of 35.84 meters.
