Freshman point guard Branasia Brazelton was a dominant defender this past week, recording nine steals in each of Arlington Baptist University’s two games. Brazelton did a little bit of everything in the 1-1 week, averaging 16 points per game, four rebounds per game, and three assists per game to go along with the nine steals. Arlington Baptist’s only loss this week came to top ranked Champion Christian, where Brazelton nearly powered them to an upset.
