Desiree Perales had a great week of softball for Sterling College, especially in the weekend series against Southwestern College. She recorded eight hits in 10 at bats against Southwestern, including a perfect 5-for-5 performance. The junior from Pueblo, Colorado totaled six runs, eight RBI, and three doubles in four games to help Sterling to a 3-1 record on the week. Perales led the team in hits and tied for the team high in RBI and doubles this week.
