Veteran Alisha Voss started her final year in a Grace College uniform with a bang, helping the Lancers to upset victories over NAIA number six Midland University and NAIA number 16 ranked Indiana University – Kokomo. The 6-1 middle blocker from Norton Shores, Michigan dominated play on the offensive end with 42 kills across three matches and a .480 hitting percentage. Voss recorded just six errors on 75 attempts and had a team high 17 kills against IU-Kokomo. Voss’ 14 kills against (6) Midland also gave the Lancers their biggest upset in program history, never before beating an NAIA top six program.
