JJ Vaughan was sizzling for the Columbia International University Rams this week, averaging over 20 points per game and scoring in double digits in all three games played. The senior out of Canton, OH opened the week with a 20 point performance in a win over rival Columbia College, shooting 66.6% from the field and nailing four shots from beyond the arc. Despite a loss to Freed-Hardeman, Vaughan still added 11 points to his tally, along with a pair of threes, to shoot 50 percent from the field. Vaughan saved his best for last for CIU, scoring 31 points while also adding two rebounds and two assists, as he connected on seven three-pointers to push the Rams past Tennessee Southern on Saturday.
