For the second week in a row, Brooklyn Bosher takes home the honor as DII Women’s Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week, following a record-breaking performance for Pensacola Christian College. In the Eagles’ 88-62 win over Coastal Alabama, Bosher scored 38 points, shooting 57% from the field and nailing five shots from beyond the arc. The junior out of Peaster, Texas was also a perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line, while also recording five rebounds, four assists, and four steals. The 38 points scored is the most in a game for any Pensacola Christian College women’s basketball player, as Bosher leads the NCCAA in points scored and is second in points per game, averaging 20.3 points per contest.
