Coral Curry opened her 2026 outdoor track & field season competing in three events at the Southern Wesleyan GottaRun Invite. She started her performance with a personal best and first place finish in the shot put with a mark of 11.89 meters. Curry later earned a 33.85-meter discus throw and a 44.98-meter hammer throw. She finished top three in all three events she competed in this week and won two events individually. Curry ranks first in the NCCAA for the shot put, second in hammer throw, and third in discus so far this season.
