Moises Lerma showed off his power this week for Grace Christian University, hitting five home runs in six contests as the Tigers went 5-1 overall. The sophomore from Lansing, Michigan added two doubles and a triple to finish the week with eight extra base hits and two singles. Lerma did a bit of everything for Grace Christian scoring eight runs and stealing five bases. He added 10 RBI, with four coming in a 20-0 win over Maranatha Baptist University. In the lone game that Lerma did not record a hit this week, he pitched a pair of innings and allowed just one earned run. With the 5-1 record this week, Grace Christian moves to 23-20 overall.
