Senior Hope Brooks anchored the Pensacola Christian College defense during their opening weekend as they went 2-0 with wins over Boyce College and UC Clermont College. The native of Hartland, Maine recorded 59 digs and 43 receptions and tallied a 95% success rate on her serve receive. She averaged 8.43 digs per set to lead the team from her libero position and added six assists in the four-set victory over Boyce College.
