Victoria de Abreu helped North Central University to a 7-2 season opening victory to highlight a 1-1-0 start to the 2026 season. In the opener over Faith Baptist Bible College, the sophomore from Lecheria, Venezuela scored five of the team’s seven goals for a 10-point outburst. De Abreu’s five goals already outpace North Central’s 2025 season leader who finished the campaign with four goals. De Abreu was also one of the few players who played the full 180 minutes on the week.
