Theo Thurber opened his junior season at Trinity Bible College by breaking his own school record in the 6,000-meter by 49 seconds during the Dragon Twilight Invitational. The event hosted by Minnesota State University saw Thurber record the top NCCAA time of 20:09 for an average of 5:24 per mile. The mark placed him 65th overall and set a new record. Thurber was an NCCAA All-American in 2024 and is looking to return to the podium in his junior campaign.
