Bri Brandt took medalist honors for the University of Northwestern at the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Preview with a dominant 74 (+2) to beat the rest of the field by three strokes. She led Northwestern to a team title as well and highlighted her effort with a birdie on the second hole and an eagle on the fifth. Northwestern won the team title by 29 strokes in a crucial tournament against NCAA Division III conference opponents.
