Ty Dittbrenner led Spurgeon College to a 1-1-0 week with an assist against Blackburn College and a hat trick against Faith Baptist Bible College. Dittbrenner’s hat trick was the first in Spurgeon program history and helped the Knights upset an NCCAA Division II top five program 5-1. The junior from Beatrice, Nebraska finished with seven points. He totaled five shots, four on goal, with three that found the back of the net. Dittbrenner led Spurgeon to their third win of the season as they are 3-6-0 on the year.
