Freshman Aleigha Standerwick set a new personal best for Maranatha Baptist University at the Mount Mary Classic earning a 5,000-meter time of 21:40. The native of South Beloit, Illinois also jumped into the Sabercats’ program top 20 all-time list with the mark recording the 16th fastest time in school history. Standerwick took sixth individually for her first collegiate top 10 finish and led Maranatha Baptist to a second-place team finish at the event.
