Caleb Price, senior from Midwest City, OK, earned NCCAA Central Region tournament most valuable player honors, hitting .526 as the Eagles went 5-0 during the 10-team double-elimination event to capture their second straight region title. Price's big game came in the tournament winners' bracket final, in which he went 4-for-5 as OC beat Heartland Conference rival McMurry 7-3 to seize control of the tournament. Price went 3-for-3 on stolen bases on the week and had a healthy .609 on-base percentage.
