Katie Cheffer, freshman from West Hartford, CT, has helped the Cairn University Women's Cross Country team to two top 10 team finishes to start the 2014 Cross Country Season. Cheffer opened up the year running a 26:26 6k to place 11th out of 89 runners at the Delaware Valley College Invitational. At the Cairn home meet the Highlander Invitational she placed 34th out of 164 total female runners with a time of 27:07.
