Mekayla Deffenbaugh, freshman goalkeeper from Rittman, OH, held off the NCCAA DII #1 team, Bob Jones University, earning a shut out and 13 saves in the win for Ohio Christian University. A day later she kept a clean sheet again, minus a penalty kick from NAIA affliate, Berea College. In total she had 22 saves in both of the wins.
