Josiah Bernard, freshman from Hilliard, OH, had a great individual performance at the home Cedarville Collegiate Invitational. Bernard established a new conference record time of 51.35 seconds in the 400-meter event. For the purposes of qualifying, his time was lowered to 50.55 seconds through converting it based on track size, this time was 10th in the NCCAA. Bernard also competed well in the high jump and placed 8th in the NCCAA ranking with a height of 6-3.5.
