Harold Williams is the fifth of six children born to Marin Levi Williams and Sara Thomas Williams. He was born on November 17, 1942, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He is a 1960 graduate of Tyner High School in Chattanooga. Harold has literally spent his entire life around the printing business. His father began what is today the Williams Company in 1948. What began as a small typesetting operation is today one of the South’s leading graphic arts companies. Co-owned by Harold and his brother, Earl, The Williams Company is an integrated communications firm specializing in meeting all the communication needs of its clients. Whether publishing magazines, printing promotional material or creating a website, The Williams Company, under the leadership of Harold and Earl, is constantly expanding the legacy left by their father as it serves clients on a national level. Harold’s success as a businessman is exceeded only by his heart for ministry. He has worked with the National Christian College Athletic Association for 24 years. It was during his work as president of Brainerd Optimist Club that Harold first learned of the NCCAA. Harold serves as chairman of the Board of Bethel Biblical Village, a home for children with parents in prison. He is a board member of Christian Network Team, a group of Christian Businessmen from around the country who meet on a regular basis to exhort one another in the practice of Biblical principles in business. As a member of the Pressing On Ministries Board of Directors, the outreach ministry of Woodland Park Baptist Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where Harold attends, he has helped send the message of the sufficiency of Christi throughout the world through print and broadcast media. Through the stewardship of the resources God has given him at The Williams Company, Harold has helped hundreds of missionaries and ministries around the world through the production of prayer cards and ministry support materials. Harold and his wife, Charlotte, have four children. They reside in Birchwood, Tennessee. He is an accomplished pilot and when he is not airborne, Harold maybe found on the water as he entertains his children and grandchildren on Chickamauga Lake near his home.
