E.C. Haskell, Haskell served the NCCAA for many years as the Executive Secretary. In 1986 he became the NCCAA’s first full-time Executive Director, a position he held until June 1989. Dr. Ralph Swearngin, past president of the NCCAA stated,” No one will ever know the volunteer hours he had put into this organization over the last 2o years. Basically there is now way, we could put into words what he has meant to us.” Upon resigning as Executive Director of the NCCAA, Haskell became Executive Administrator of Mission Relations for the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism.
