Following the completion of the Regional Championships and final stroke average ratings calculations confirmed, the NCCAA tournament committee chose the At-Large Selections for the 2021 Women’s Golf National Championship. The six-team field and individual qualifiers are listed below.

The NCCAA will conduct a Christian Service Project on Sunday, October 17, benefiting Grace Community Food Bank. Championship action will begin with the first round on Monday, October 18. The second round will be on Tuesday, October 19, followed by the third and final round on Wednesday, October 20.
