In the Christian faith, family extends beyond biological or marital ties. It extends to those who are with us in the faith and they become our brothers and sisters. We are called to love this family as our own. And at the same time many coaches have a family of their own that can get neglected for the job of coach. Faith calls us to engage "family" at a deep level and feel the responsibility to both our biological and faith families.
