Greenville, SC – The NCCAA is honored to induct Mark Arthur, Regina DeLozier, and Roger Skelly into the NCCAA Hall of Fame as members of the class of 2026.

37034Mark Arthur has served at Southwestern Christian University in a multitude of roles since 1992 and was instrumental in leading the institution to NCCAA membership in 1993. Arthur has been an advocate of the NCCAA since, through his roles at the institution as Head Men’s Basketball Coach (1992-2011), Head Women’s Basketball Coach (2015-2024), Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics (2011-2025), and Vice President of Fiscal Affairs (2025-present). While leading student-athletes toward the NCCAA mission of keeping Christ at the center of intercollegiate athletics, Arthur has also served other NCCAA institutions and coaches as a Regional Coordinator and National Sport Chair. Arthur has served in different NCCAA volunteer leadership positions for multiple decades and has been recognized for his service with the NCCAA Meritorious Service Award in 2017 and 2023. Arthur, in his more than 30 years of service to Southwestern Christian, has won four NCCAA National Championships and earned NCCAA Coach of the Year twice, once each in men’s and women’s basketball. Arthur’s life is centered on faith, leadership, and excellence and he has displayed these traits through his mentorship of student-athletes as a coach, and now through his development of young coaches in leadership.

37036Regina DeLozier has been a teacher to many in her illustrious career, serving as a professor of mathematics education and the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach at NCCAA member Maranatha Baptist University from 2007-2022. Despite her excellence as a coach within the NCCAA, her mission has always been world-wide evangelism. DeLozier, while discipling her athletes, prioritized using the sport of volleyball to bring her teams on mission trips to Guam, Hawaii, and the Cayman Islands to promote a personal relationship with Jesus. Her leadership has also come with a strong resume of success, winning three NCCAA Division II Women’s Volleyball National Championships, 12 NCCAA Division II Regional Titles, and two NCCAA Division II National Coach of the Year honors. DeLozier coached 35 NCCAA All-Americans and tallied a 352-167 record during her tenure at Maranatha Baptist. While serving her students so well, DeLozier also served in volunteer roles within the NCCAA. DeLozier was a regional sport chair for multiple seasons in addition to serving on multiple NCCAA coaches committees. After her 16 years of service to Maranatha Baptist and the NCCAA, DeLoizier transitioned to be a staff teacher at the Academy of Excellence online, as she and her husband Kent moved to Washington state. Despite no longer working at Maranatha, DeLozier still visits campus and maintains contact with former student-athletes and staff to display her unwavering love and support of those continuing to lead lives to Christ through sport.

37037Roger Skelly’s involvement with the NCCAA dates all the way back to his time as a student-athlete, playing for the first ever men’s basketball team at Oklahoma Wesleyan University (Bartlesville Wesleyan College) in 1971-72. Skelly has stayed in Bartlesville, Oklahoma since college, married to his collegiate sweetheart Donna. He has served the NCCAA and his alma mater in a multitude of ways. In 2001, Skelly joined the NCCAA Board of Directors and was named the chairperson where he served for 20 years. He was the first board chair in the NCCAA’s history to not be an active athletic director at a member school, significantly changing the landscape of the NCCAA’s stability and growth. After his time as chairman ended in 2021, Skelly has remained on the NCCAA Board of Directors as an Emeritus member. In addition to board service, Skelly has been involved in the NCCAA Pro-Am since 1997, attending every year. In 2011, Skelly launched the live auction at the Pro-Am. He has served as the auctioneer for the last 15 years and has played a significant role in the NCCAA raising over $1.7 million through the event. Skelly, in partnership with his wife Donna, have been key members of the NCCAA Prayer Network as well from its formation in 2002. Outside of the NCCAA, Skelly is very involved in serving his church community as well as the Oklahoma Wesleyan community.

The three inductees will officially be honored at the Hall of Fame Luncheon on Thursday, May 28, 2026 during the NCCAA Annual Convention being held in Greenville, South Carolina.
