GREENVILLE, S.C. – The #KingChasing Podcast has released the first episode of its sixth season as NCCAA Communications Coordinator Richard Martin interviews Sheridan Nguyen, a junior at Sterling College and a member of the Warriors’ women’s soccer, track & field, and cheer teams.
 
A native of Irving, Texas, Nguyen is a three-sport athlete at Sterling, recording 23 starts for the Warriors in women’s soccer, while also competing in the pole vault and long jump in track & field. Nguyen was also part of the Sterling cheer team that earned fifth place at the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) championships last year, and was a 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District winner for all three sports.
 
In this episode, Nguyen discusses how she became a three-sport athlete at Sterling, how her heart for service has grown while in college, and how she and the Warriors celebrated the first annual #KingChasing Day.
