Tom Roy is the former president and founder of Unlimited Potential and author of Shepherd Coach. Tom has been involved with the game of baseball for over 50 years. He played briefly in the San Francisco Giants organization. He's coached at the high school and college level, including at NCCAA members Grace College and Huntington College, now University. He spent close to 15 years as a scout in Major League Baseball for the Phillies, Braves, and Padres, and was a team chaplain for the White Sox. Tom also served as the chaplain at the NCCAA Baseball World Series for 28 years.
