| THE COURSE |
Sky Creek Ranch Golf Club
Keller, TX
Sky Creek Ranch Golf Club's magnificent Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed championship golf course was carved from a pristine swath of land atop the highest point in Tarrant County. Jones crafted this Texas golf gem in the old style, leaving the terrain completely natural. The course offers a perfect balance of playability and strategy, and it features Bermuda fairways and meticulously manicured Bermuda greens. |

Format
Space is limited to 28 teams (foursomes) for this two low score shamble competition.
Prizes & Awards
Prizes will be awarded for 1st place net, 2nd place net, & 1st place gross teams, Team Putting Contest, and Closest to the Pin.
Mission Hole Contest
Each participant’s fee includes $50 to the NCCAA Sports Ministry Fund, allowing play to multiple flags on one par 3. In addition, all participants attending the awards reception will be entered in the drawing for three prizes including a custom set of 4-PW Mizuno Irons ($1,400 value). |

Your entry fee includes one round of golf, an outstanding gift and prize package, entry in the Mission Hole Contest, a Chick-fil-A box lunch, NCCAA Pro-Am drawing, Mizuno package drawing, and an awards reception following play. ($100 is tax deductible) |
