Bob Jones University Captures Eighth Straight DII Men's Cross Country National Championship 11/10/2023 2:09:35 PM Warsaw, IN (11/10/23) - Bob Jones University won its eighth straight Division II Men’s Cross Country National Championship on Friday. The 8k race at the Warsaw Community High School Country Course featured 6 scoring teams with 55 competitors. The Bruins totalled 24 points and had five runners place in the top seven. Maranatha Baptist University finished second with 88 points, narrowly edging Ozark Christian College's 90 points at third. Jedidiah Osgood of Ozark Christian won the individual title with a time of 26:01.9. Bob Jones' Sol Shafer took second with a time of 26:45.8, while teammate David Loveall of Faith Baptist Bible College finished third in 27:49.4. Coach of the Year honors went to Bob Jones' Ken Roach.
