Grace College Wins Third Straight DI Women's Cross Country National Championship

Warsaw, IN (11/10/23) - Grace College claimed the Division I Women's Cross Country National Championship for the third straight year. The 5k race at the Warsaw Community High School Cross Country Course featured 6 scoring teams with 55 competitors. The Lancers finished with a team score of 20 points and had seven runners in the top 10. Campbellsville University finished second with 72 points, while Asbury University took third with 85 points.
 
College of the Ozarks' Emily Staal took the individual title with a time of 18:40.0, while Asbury's Bailey Gassman was clocked at 18:52.4 as the runner up. Esther Cameron and Mallory Hiatt of Grace each crossed the finish line in 19:09.7 to tie for third.
